Summer Camp Preview: What Kids Actually Do All Day

Our summer camps are designed to keep kids active, confident, and off screens while still giving them structure. Here’s what a typical day looks like.

Kids start with a short morning meeting, then go straight into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. After that there’s reading time, outdoor games or activities, and lunch. Afternoon sessions include another activity block, snack, more reading, and Muay Thai. The day ends with pickup around 5:00 p.m. for the all-day option.

No prior experience is required. The coaching staff adjusts for different ages and skill levels so newer kids aren’t thrown in over their heads. The focus is on learning, moving, and having fun with other kids who are doing the same thing.

Parents consistently tell us their kids come home tired in a good way, with stories about what they learned and who they trained with. Many return for multiple weeks or come back the following summer.

Camps run in June, July, and early August. Spots fill up, especially the all-day sessions. If you’re looking for something productive for your child this summer, registration is open now.
