Beacon Physical Therapy & Performance is Now Open

I’m thrilled to officially announce the launch of Beacon Physical Therapy & Performance — a brand-new addition to the Beacon MMA family, designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and coach here at Beacon, I’ve seen firsthand the toll training can take on the body. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or chasing peak performance, quality rehab and strength work makes all the difference.

At BPT, we offer personalized, 1-on-1 care for every kind of athlete. Our services include injury rehab, manual therapy, dry needling, corrective exercise, mobility assessments, and performance training tailored to your goals. Whether you're prepping for your next tournament, returning to Muay Thai after a setback, or just trying to move pain-free — we’ve got you covered.

We’re a cash-based clinic, which means no referrals or insurance hoops to jump through — just straightforward, high-level care that gets results. And while we’re proud to support Beacon MMA athletes, you don’t have to be a gym member to work with us. If you’re serious about your performance and recovery, we’re here for you.

We’re now accepting new patients! Visit chapelhillpt.com to book your first session or learn more.

I’m excited to bring the same energy and passion from the mats into the clinic. Physical therapy and combat sports are a perfect match — and I can’t wait to help more athletes stay healthy, strong, and competition-ready.
