New Program Added

I’m excited to announce the launch of CAP: Combat Athlete Performance — a structured strength and conditioning program designed specifically for fighters, grapplers, and martial artists.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist — and someone who actively competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — I’ve experienced firsthand how important it is to build a strong, resilient body that can handle the demands of combat sports. The CAP program is built to do exactly that.

We’ve taken everything we know about high-level athletic performance and injury prevention and applied it to the unique needs of combat athletes. CAP emphasizes strength, power, mobility, and durability — with training cycles that align with the realities of hard sparring, live rolling, and competition prep.

While it’s designed with experienced athletes in mind, CAP is fully scalable and accessible for newer members, too. Whether you’re stepping into your first MMA class or prepping for a Jiu-Jitsu tournament, this program will meet you where you are and push you forward safely and effectively.

All adult members of Beacon MMA get access to CAP free with their membership, including regular updates, exercise demos, and guidance from our coaching and physical therapy staff. You can follow it on your own schedule and plug it right into your weekly training plan.

Not a member? No problem. CAP is also available as a standalone product for non-members who want a proven training plan to level up their performance and stay injury-free.

The goal of CAP is simple: help martial artists train smarter, stay healthier, and compete harder — for the long haul.

Let’s build stronger fighters, one session at a time.
